Rev. Kelvin Griffin, Jr is a native of Indianapolis, IN. He graduated from Ben Davis High School. He later attended Crossroads Bible College and attained his Associates degree of Ministry in Leadership. He continues to matriculate at Indiana Wesleyan University to obtain his Bachelors degree in Social Work. He is a proud husband and father of two sons.

Rev. Griffin, Jr. was called to the ministry in 1996 while serving at Carter Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. He served at the Assistant Pastor for more than 10 years. Additionally, he was instrumental in building the Youth Ministry, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and Board Member during his tenure.

Rev. Griffin Jr. was called to Pastor Pilgrim Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in February 2015. Under God’s direction and members that are submitted to leadership, Pastor Griffin with the church family have served many community members. The implementation of annual programs under his leadership, including the Prayer Through, Hat and Glove Giveaway, Community Day, Free Clothes Giveaway and street witnessing have been instrumental in serving the local area.

Pastor Griffin is a humble, yet a serious man of God determined to do the work of Jesus Christ. He is passionate about building the kingdom of Christ. His desire is to see souls saved, lives restored and made whole through the Power of the Word of God.
